It is truely enjoyable to watch one's kids embrace the holiday spirit and share it with each other, their cousins, and us, their parents.  What makes it even more enjoyable is to have bosses who understand the importance of family time and offer additional time to spend with them during the holidays.  That in itself is something to be thankful for and not taken for granted.
